Shipping Policy

BulkSeedsupply ships worldwide and provides multiple shipping options depending on order size and destination.

Shipping Costs (Wholesale Orders)

For small-quantity orders, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
For wholesale orders, our standard shipping rates are:

For orders above $5,000, we will provide a shipping quotation based on actual carrier rates (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other specified carriers).

U.S. Special Small-Parcel “Tax-Included” Service (≤ $1,000)

For U.S. customers with small orders under $1,000, we offer a tax-included logistics channel, which provides:

• No extra tax or duty payment required at delivery (import tax prepaid).
• Estimated delivery time: 20–35 days.
• Suitable for small seed packs and non-restricted species.
• Phytosanitary Certificate is not included.

This service is economical and reliable, but not suitable for restricted seeds or high-value and urgent shipments.

Phytosanitary Certificate (Optional Purchase)

If your country requires a plant health inspection certificate, you may purchase it separately:

• Phytosanitary Certificate fee: $500–$600 per shipment.
• Used to certify the seeds for export inspection in China.
• Often required for DHL, UPS, and certain countries’ customs.
• Increases delivery success rate for regulated destinations.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days.

If you do not purchase the certificate, the shipment will be sent via regular international logistics without any plant-health documentation.
We do not guarantee customs approval without proper documents.

Export Responsibility

BulkSeedsupply provides:

• Export from China
• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Phytosanitary Certificate (if purchased)
• Standard export documents required for shipment from China

We do not provide:

• Import clearance in the destination country
• Duty or tax payment on behalf of the buyer
• Additional government documents required by the buyer’s customs
• DDP service (Delivered Duty Paid)

This follows standard international trade practice:
Buyer is responsible for import clearance, duty, and compliance with local regulations.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Before placing an order, please carefully check your country’s import requirements for plant seeds.

• Import duties, customs fees, quarantine inspection fees, and related surcharges are 100% the buyer’s responsibility.
• If customs requires additional documents not described above, the buyer must obtain them locally.
• If customs rejects, destroys, or returns the shipment due to local regulations, BulkSeedsupply is not responsible for refunds or reshipments.

Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide high-quality seeds and reliable service. If you experience any issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund or Replacement Available

Refunds or reshipments may be provided in the following situations:

• Wrong products received
• Missing items
• Damaged packages
• Package confirmed lost by the carrier
• Quality issues proven with photos or videos

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for refund or replacement:

1. Customs & Import Issues

• Customs rejects, destroys, or returns the package
• Buyer fails to complete import clearance
• Buyer refuses to pay duties, taxes, or inspection fees
• No Phytosanitary Certificate purchased where required
• Shipment returned due to agricultural restrictions in the destination country

BulkSeedsupply only guarantees export from China. Import clearance is the buyer’s full responsibility.

2. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

• Buyer provides wrong or incomplete delivery address
• Delivery fails due to P.O. Box address
• Buyer unavailable during delivery attempts

3. Germination Issues

• Seed germination depends on temperature, soil, moisture, and planting method. Therefore, we do not refund based on germination rate variations.

4. Custom / Made-to-Order Items (Non-Refundable)

• Custom packaging
• Custom seed counts
• Private-label printing (OEM / ODM)
• Specially mixed seed varieties
• Any order made specifically according to customer requirements

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or after custom production has started.

Return Policy

• Due to the nature of seeds, we do not accept physical returns once the package has been opened or used.
• Return shipping is not supported unless approved by our team.
