Garden Blend Parsley Seeds contains 3 types of parsley: flat, semi-curled, and curled. These aromatic edible leaves are used fresh and dried to flavor a wide variety of dishes. It is also used as a garnish. Parsley is high in vitamin A, C, and several B complex vitamins and a number of minerals, including potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.
Biennial plants, typically grown as an annual culinary herb, Garden Blend Parsley Seeds are perfect for container growing. They grow best in full sun to light shade and rich, consistently moist, well-drained soil. Soil should never be allowed to dry out completely. Open pollinated, they produce seed that grows true to type, ideal for seed saving.
Seeds can be direct sown after the last frost date in spring or started indoors about 6 to 8 weeks before transplanting.
